How your information, and mine, is handled

A plain-English explanation of the career information published on this site, the contact details shown, what happens when you get in touch, and the rights you hold under UK data protection law.

Who runs this site

This site is a personal professional showcase and digital CV published by Stuart Savage, an operations and customer experience leader based in Kennington, London. It is operated by an individual, not a company, and exists so that recruiters, headhunters and hiring managers can review a verified career record.

For any question about this policy, or about information held about you, write to stuart.savageworld@gmail.com.

Career information published here

The employment history, achievements, qualifications and project evidence on this site are Stuart Savage’s own professional record, published deliberately and with consent for the purpose of seeking permanent employment. Nothing here is collected from you.

Former employers and clients are named only where that relationship is a matter of ordinary professional record. Named references are never published; they are supplied privately, on request, and only with each referee’s agreement.

Client project case studies describe delivery method, scope and outcomes. They do not include client addresses, contract values tied to named individuals, or any other detail that would identify a private household.

Contact details shown on this site

A public email address and a LinkedIn profile are published so that recruiters can make contact. These are Stuart Savage’s own details, published voluntarily. They are business contact points, not private ones.

Publishing them does not grant permission to add them to marketing lists, recruitment databases resold to third parties, or automated outreach tools. Contact made through this site should relate to a genuine role, enquiry or professional introduction.

Information you send

This site has no sign-up, no account area and no database of visitors. The only way to get in touch is by email, LinkedIn, or by downloading a CV and replying directly.

When you email, the message itself — your name, address, employer and whatever you choose to write — sits in a standard mailbox. It is used only to reply to you and to progress the conversation about a role or enquiry.

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted a professional about professional matters and expect a reply. Correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and for up to 12 months afterwards, in case a role reopens, then deleted.

Cookies and measurement

A single cookie records your choice about cookies, so the consent banner does not reappear on every page. That cookie is strictly necessary and is set regardless of your choice.

Nothing else is set unless you accept. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no profiling are used on this site. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Read the cookie policy for the full detail.

Automated and agent access

This site publishes a read-only machine-readable endpoint so that recruitment tools and AI assistants can read the same public profile, experience and project evidence a visitor sees. It exposes nothing beyond the published pages, accepts no personal data and stores nothing about the requester.

Who else is involved

Hosting and email are handled by established providers acting on Stuart Savage’s instructions. They process technical data such as server logs and IP addresses to deliver pages and messages securely and to guard against abuse.

No personal information is sold, rented or shared for marketing. Information is disclosed to anyone else only where the law requires it.

Sensitive information

No health information, financial history, or other special category data is published on this site. Where a career break is mentioned, it is described only as a planned period of leave. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email; if a recruitment process requires it, it belongs in that employer’s own secure system.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted. There is no charge, and requests are answered within one month.

Email stuart.savageworld@gmail.com or stuart@savageldn.co.uk. If you are unhappy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

This policy is reviewed whenever the site changes in a way that affects information handling. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version; there is no archive of earlier versions.
